How an office wellness day runs

  • Pick a date and share it with the team.
  • Staff choose a time. Each person steps away once for their drip and comes straight back to work.
  • Nobody is signed up by default. Staff decide whether to take part and which drip they want.
  • A private check comes first. Each person sees the nurse one on one before any drip, and she keeps an eye on their vitals throughout. If a drip is not right for someone that day, she tells them privately.

Office booking questions

How long does each person need?

Allow 30 to 45 minutes for a drip. The B12 shot is quicker.

What do we need to provide?

A quiet room or private corner with comfortable chairs. The nurse brings everything else.

How much does a corporate wellness day cost?

We price each office day on headcount and location. For budgeting, the Energy Booster starts at R1,490 a head and a B12 shot is R300.

Which offices do you come to?

Offices across the Cape Town metro, including the City Bowl, the V&A Waterfront, Century City, and Claremont. We also cover Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Somerset West, and the service areas page lists the rest of the metro. For anywhere else, ask us, and we will include the area in the quote.

Can you come outside office hours?

Yes, by arrangement. We normally work 08:00 to 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays.
