IVgo serves the Cape Town metro including Atlantic Seaboard, City Bowl, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, West Coast and Winelands on request. Travel within the standard metro is included in the prices above. Out-of-area visits may attract a travel fee quoted in advance.

Do IVgo prices include the nurse visit?
Yes. Every drip, injection, NAD+ session and peptide dispensing visit includes a registered nurse administering the treatment at your chosen location within the Cape Town metro.
Are there consultation fees for peptides?
The doctor consultation is included in the peptide protocol price. Baseline blood tests are billed separately by the pathology lab because results determine dose and protocol.
Is there a mobile surcharge?
No surcharge within the standard Cape Town metro. Visits beyond the standard service area may attract a travel fee that is always quoted before booking.
Does medical aid cover IV therapy?
IV wellness therapy is generally not covered by medical aid in South Africa. Discovery Vitality members may qualify for a partial rebate on select wellness drips through the Vitality Active Rewards programme.
How do IVgo prices compare to IV bars in Cape Town?
